Requests and confirmation

Submitting a form is an enquiry. It does not reserve a time slot, issue a ticket or confirm a tour. Our team checks availability and provides the full price, inclusions, payment instructions and supplier conditions before you decide to book.

Prices and private transport

Ticket and tour prices are quoted for your selected date and guest details. Optional private transport is AED 350 per car for Dubai visits and AED 550 per car for Abu Dhabi visits from Dubai, with up to six people in each car. Cars are calculated by rounding the total guest count up to the next group of six. Infants count towards capacity. Included tour transport does not receive an additional transfer charge.

Pickup area coverage, return arrangements, trip duration, child seats, accessibility, parking, tolls, overtime and any other charges are confirmed in the written quote. No additional charge is treated as accepted without your agreement. The final quote states any applicable taxes and fees.

Before travel

Check your name, dates, selected product and pickup details before payment. Carry any identification specified by the supplier. Entry, dress, age, height, safety and accessibility conditions vary by attraction. Seasonal operations and maintenance can affect visits.

Payment and fulfilment

This website does not collect online payments. Use only the payment arrangements confirmed directly by our booking team. A saved request reference is not an admission ticket.
