Does submitting a request confirm my booking?
No. We first check availability and send the complete price and conditions. Your booking is confirmed only when our team issues a written confirmation and any required payment is completed.
How does private transport work?
For visits in Dubai, private transport from Dubai is AED 350 per car for up to six people. Seven to twelve people need two cars; thirteen to eighteen need three. All guests count towards capacity. Pickup coverage, hours, child seats and any additional charges are agreed before payment.
Can I send a location pin instead of a hotel name?
